Our Member Savings Plan is for patients who do not have dental insurance. The cost is as follows:

What our Member Savings Plan includes:
The Plan also entitles you to 20% off our standard fees for dental treatment, when paid in full at the time of service. The dental treatment must be scheduled within the 12-month period of the contract.
If you need to be referred out of our office to a specialist we have an agreement with our Endodontist (Dr. Claffey) that they will also grant you the 20% in their office at no extra cost to you.
If you need to be referred out of our office to a specialist we have an agreement with our Oral Surgeon (Dr. Hinkle) that they will also grant you the 20% in their office at no extra cost to you.
There are no refunds after the first cleaning and exam have been completed. The patient must have the second cleaning completed within the 12-month period of the contract. There are no exceptions, so please schedule your second cleaning appointment prior to leaving on your first appointment. Should the patient miss their cleaning without a 48-hour notice, it will be forfeited.

What Forms of payment are accepted when paying for the plan?
All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa/MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
When can I start using my Member Savings Plan?
Your Member Savings Plan starts the day you purchase it, with no waiting periods. (Example: You purchase it on 12-1-2016 it begins that day and expires on 12-1-2017.)
How do I schedule my preventive care appointments?
Simply call the office and setup an appointment for yourself and or your family members.
How can I use my Member Savings plan for dental treatment that I need to have done?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us that you’re a member. That way we’ll be able to make sure that your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees!
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Please allow for a 2-business day notice or your plan will be Void. It will be your responsibility to reschedule.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join!
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
We have an Oral Surgeon and a Root Canal Specialist that we give you the same discount. But, other than that your membership plan is solely with our office and such is non-transferrable.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my Membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
