Membership includes 2 Cleanings a year, 2 Exams a year, a set of digital x-rays a year, and 20% off your dental work for the year.

What it does not include:
Services in which in the opinion of the General dentist and or the Specialist are not necessary treatment. Services that are paid by employers liability laws.
